Additional Information: This photo was taken from about 3 feet away with the flash. I could not have used a diffuser because the on-camera flash does not have enough power when diffused. As you can see, there are strong shadows. You will have the same thing in the field unless you're working in bright light (which will likely cause other shadows).

 

Many of the images are larger than shown and larger than the resolution of your monitor. To display the images full size in Internet Explorer, click the image, hold the mouse button down, drag the icon/cursor to the address bar and release the mouse button and hit the ENTER key. Hold the mouse cursor over the bottom right of the image. If a box with arrows is displayed, click it to show the image at the true resolution. For large images, you will have to scroll to see the entire image. For Firefox users, drag the image to the address bar. To enlarge/reduce the image size, simply click the image.
